Tom Ajello
Tom is a Senior Partner based in Lippincott’s New York office, where he leads the firm’s global Experience, Innovation & Engineering team and helps drive its creative brand and digital work. With more than 20 years at the intersection of creativity and technology, he brings deep expertise in design, digital, and innovation, shaped by work across four continents.
He has helped create standout products, services, and experiences—from Bud Light Seltzer and Coach Poppy to The Weather Channel app and I Went to MoMA…. His client work spans some of the world’s most admired brands, including Google, Audi, Coach, Sephora, American Express, and Delta Air Lines.
An entrepreneurial brand leader, Tom built and sold two digital agencies, including POKE—one of the world’s most Webby-awarded agencies during his tenure—and previously held senior roles at disruptive and strategy-focused agencies, most recently serving as Global Chief Creative Officer at Vivaldi Group. He advises startups and regularly speaks on culture and creativity. His work has been featured by CES and MoMA, and Creativity Magazine named him one of its Top 30 Under 30.
Outside of work, he is often in the hills of Connecticut remodeling a 220-year-old farmhouse, mountain biking, and spending time outdoors with his family. Tom holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Advertising from Marist College.
