Rodney is a Senior Partner and Creative Director in Design, based in Lippincott’s New York office. He brings more than 35 years of experience creating design and brand experience programs for some of the world’s most discerning and admired brands, including Avianca, Bank of America, Dell, IBM, Infiniti, Johnson Controls, Monotype, Nissan, and Southwest Airlines.

Rodney’s work has been featured in Ad Age, Brand New’s annual “Best Of,” Communication Arts, The Drum, and other prominent publications. He is regularly interviewed on the topic of brand identity, including by The New York Times, and his work has received numerous national and international awards from organizations including Brand New, GOOD Design, Graphis, Red Dot, Transform, and Print.

When not exploring new creative ideas for clients, Rodney enjoys spending time outdoors with his family. He holds a B.F.A. in Graphic Design from the University of Canterbury in New Zealand and an M.F.A. in Design from Yale University. He is also a regular speaker and guest critic at Yale.
