Tim is a Senior Partner in Strategy based in San Francisco and leads Lippincott’s West Region. He brings more than 25 years of experience defining brand, marketing, and activation strategies for some of the world’s most important companies.

Tim has led numerous high-profile brand transformations resulting from major transactions, including spin-offs, mergers, acquisitions, and private equity investments. Recent projects include creating Veralto, the new brand for Danaher’s water and production solutions business; creating Lumentum and Viavi from the split of JDSU; and branding Allegion, the standalone security business spun off from Ingersoll Rand. He has also developed new go-to-market strategies and brand refreshes for Kaiser Permanente, DigiKey, Rakuten, Amazon, SiriusXM, and Entergy.

Before joining Lippincott, Tim was Managing Director of MRM San Francisco and the firm’s Global Director of Strategy. Prior to MRM, he held leadership roles at Digitas and Accenture. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Claremont McKenna College and an M.B.A. from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Outside of work, Tim enjoys adventure hiking with his wife, playing tennis with those of similar age and skill, and teaching his children the finer points of classic rock. A devoted Bay Area sports fan, he closely follows the Giants, 49ers, Warriors, and Sharks.
