Specializing in unlocking growth in mature industries, he has spent decades advising chief executives on the design and implementation of successful growth strategies.

For 20 years, Taddy also collaborated with Harvard Business School professor and innovation authority Clayton M. Christensen on numerous advisory and research projects. Together, they co-authored multiple articles for Harvard Business Review, along with the bestselling book Competing Against Luck.

Taddy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University and an MBA from Harvard University.

Outside of work, he is a Peloton fanatic and lifelong gym rat. As the father of two competitive-sailing daughters, he spends much of his free time fine-tuning his logistics support skills—though he still struggles with backing up the trailer in reverse.
