Stefan Fillip headshot

Stefan is a Senior Partner in Lippincott’s Hong Kong office with more than 25 years of consulting experience across branding, innovation, and customer experience. A member of Lippincott’s executive committee, he leads the firm’s Asia-Pacific operations and has worked across the region for more than 20 years, helping organizations sharpen brand strategy, optimize customer experience, and develop new products, services, and value propositions.

His client work includes leading programs for brands such as Cathay Pacific, 7-Eleven, Samsung Electronics, Huawei, SK Telecom, Hyundai/Kia, MTR Corporation, Shangri-La, and UnionPay.

Before joining Lippincott, Stefan was a Principal at Oliver Wyman. Earlier in his career, he worked as an in-house consultant at Mercedes-Benz and served as an Assistant Professor of Marketing at the University of Kaiserslautern in Germany.

He holds master’s degrees in Business Administration and Engineering, as well as a Ph.D. in Marketing and New Product Development from the University of Kaiserslautern.
