Shelby is a Senior Partner in Strategy in Lippincott’s New York office, with more than 25 years of experience in brand and communications strategy and more than 20 years at Lippincott. She loves getting to the heart of a brand and business challenge, partnering with cross-disciplinary teams to delight customers, energize employees, and drive growth.

Shelby leads Lippincott’s activation capability and the firm’s women’s network and has helped transform brands for clients including Citi, Comcast, Dell, GE, HP, PepsiCo, Chevron, Walmart, and PBS. Before joining Lippincott, she was an Innovation Fellow at Public Radio International and began her career at Leo Burnett, supporting the relaunches of P&G’s Max Factor and Vidal Sassoon brands. She holds a B.A. from Amherst College and an M.B.A. from Chicago Booth.

And while Shelby loves a good deck, she lives for travel adventures with her 15-year-old son, who still enjoys spending time with her—especially when there are demanding hikes, tasty local street food, or awe-inspiring historic sites to explore together.
