Senior Partner, Head of Strategy, US
Rose Baki
Rose is Senior Partner, Head of Strategy, and a member of Lippincott’s management team. A steward of strategy at the firm for two decades, Rose partners with senior executives to build brands into strategic assets that cut through the clutter, connect on a human level, and drive business performance. Her work has focused on developing, launching, and sustaining comprehensive brand programs spanning positioning, naming, voice, messaging, architecture, portfolio management, employee engagement, governance, measurement, launch events, and ongoing brand activations.
She has successfully developed strategies and creative programs—and driven adoption across organizations—for clients spanning a range of industries, including 3M, Bombardier, Citi, CVS Health, GM, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, Morgan Stanley, and more.
Over the past several years, Rose has also partnered with CMOs and their leadership teams to translate brand strategies into compelling, differentiated advertising campaigns and marketing efforts that drive business results.
Rose holds a B.S. in Economics with a concentration in marketing and a minor in psychology from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. When she’s not obsessing over brands, she can be found getting lost in a good novel, hiking, taking in a Broadway or comedy show, or keeping up with her two kids.
