Rob is a Partner and Head of Marketing, based in New York. He brings more than 15 years of experience across marketing and advertising in the financial services, professional services, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, CPG, automotive, airline, nonprofit, and retail sectors. His expertise spans brand building, demand generation, customer education, and performance marketing—including lead generation, acquisition, and direct response—for both B2B and B2C audiences across paid, earned, shared, and owned media.

Prior to joining Lippincott, Rob was Global Head of Marketing and Communications for Keystone, an enterprise AI solutions and economic consulting firm, where he built the company’s marketing organization and oversaw brand marketing, client and event marketing, PR, and internal communications.

Previously, he spent five years at BlackRock, where he most recently served as Head of Marketing for the U.S. Digital Wealth business. In that role, he led integrated marketing strategy, paid media campaign orchestration, sponsorships and co-marketing partnerships, PR and activations, influencer engagement, event marketing, and executive visibility initiatives.

Earlier in his career, Rob spent nearly a decade at leading advertising and marketing agencies in roles spanning strategy, client management, and business development.

He holds a B.S.B.A. from Georgetown University.
