Holly Oberman​

Holly is a Partner and Head of People at Lippincott, based in the firm’s New York office. She brings 25 years of local and global consulting experience across industries, applying a practical, people-first lens to every aspect of talent management.

She spent the majority of her career at Accenture, working both client-side—helping transform supply chains—and internally, where she advised on and helped evolve Accenture’s own sales and human resources operations. Over the past decade, Holly has helped drive strong business outcomes across inclusion and diversity, sales credit, career pathing, and executive compensation and performance management.

She is a LUMA-certified Design Thinking practitioner and a certified Gallup Strengths Coach.

She holds a B.S. in Journalism from Northwestern University.
