Erika Rosenberg

Erika is a Partner overseeing Operations & Technology, based in Lippincott’s New York office. She is a driving force behind how the firm operates day to day, leveraging more than 30 years of experience to lead critical teams, including Technology, Research & Knowledge Services, and Production—ensuring the systems and support behind the work are as strong as the work itself.

A specialist in database development and management, as well as research and archival processes, Erika leads teams that steward firmwide platforms, processes, and technology training to unlock efficiencies and elevate colleague productivity amid constant technological change.

She holds a B.A. in Art History and French from Tulane University and Master’s degrees in Library & Information Science and Art History from Pratt Institute. Erika lives in Manhattan with her husband and two daughters.
