David is a Senior Partner based in Chicago. He balances IQ with EQ, recognizing that the best strategies must be applied pragmatically within complex organizations.

With more than 25 years of consulting experience, David helps companies connect their authentic truth to what matters most to customers. Leading teams of strategists, designers, innovators, and change agents, he delivers measurable business results and partners with leading brands across industries and geographies to drive growth through brand, innovation, and marketing.

David leads Lippincott’s Marketing & Customer Strategy team globally. In this role, he has worked with organizations ranging from startups to multinational corporations to deliver growth through brand, marketing, and new propositions. His clients have included Coca-Cola, Delta, Egon Zehnder, Hyatt, and Walmart.

In addition, David founded Brand Aperture®, an approach to measuring and managing brand equity. He also served as President of ChaseDesign, a design consultancy owned by IPG.

He holds an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and an M.Phil. from the University of Cambridge.
