Alissa Tribelli​

Alissa Tribelli is a Senior Partner based in New York who leads firm operations. She oversees functions spanning finance, people services, staffing and resourcing, contracts, systems operations, knowledge services, and facilities. With more than 20 years at Lippincott, she brings operational leadership together with deep, firsthand knowledge of how the firm delivers exceptional work for clients.

Before stepping into her current role, Alissa spent nearly 15 years on the consulting side of the business, specializing in brand strategy and customer experience innovation. Her clients have included BMW, Citi, Hyatt, Infiniti, Optum, Samsung, and Walmart.

Alissa holds a B.S. in Design and Environmental Analysis from Cornell University. Outside of work, she enjoys doting on her two attention-seeking cats, experimenting with new baking projects, exploring the world of scuba diving, and keeping up with entertainment and pop culture podcasts.
