TAG Aviation has been a leading supplier of personal air transportation services for over 45 years. It is part of the TAG Group S.A. ("TAG" stands for "Techniques d’Avant Garde"), which operates a worldwide network of enterprises in the areas of motor sports, business aircraft sales and distribution, new technologies and real estate.

Challenges

TAG Aviation had grown through a series of acquisitions including Wayfarer Aviation. Having become a major player in the corporate aviation industry, TAG needed to define its communications to effectively support its leadership position

Actions

Developed a vision, mission and statement of core values so that all employees would support the vision for the company

Developed a positioning, image attributes and communications plan specifying messages by audience

Refined the logo and created a new visual system to express the brand's personality
