Sultan Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Foundation
A world-class image
Sultan Bin Abdulaziz, the brother of King Fahd, established the not-for-profit Sultan Bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud Foundation to reinforce his commitment to a better Saudi Arabia. Included among the foundation's humanitarian, social and cultural services are its "Humanitarian City," offering health care and social services for the elderly and handicapped, and MeduNet, which provides advanced technology solutions, such as telemedicine and distance learning throughout the world. Other vital programs include services for children in need of special care and the development of a world-class Science and Technology Center at Al-Khobar on the Persian Gulf.
Challenges
Eager to attract the interest and participation of top-tier health care, social service and science professionals in Saudi Arabia and around the world, foundation executives acknowledged the need to cultivate a world-class image
Actions
Created a logo reflecting the Arabic roots of the foundation along with its core set of characteristics (high quality, technical excellence).
Developed a visual identity system to enhance awareness among Saudi citizens of the foundation’s important work and support its message “Helping people to help themselves”
