Marking its 25th anniversary, Red Lobster recognized the need to reinvigorate the chain's positioning in a market oversaturated with competing options

Evaluated existing design elements and consumer attitudes towards seafood dining

Based on this research, implemented a retail strategy centered on the "wharfside experience," through a new visual identity

Reinforced through the redesign of all retail elements, including logo, signage, color, lighting, uniforms and menus
