Inova Health System is a not-for-profit health care system based in Northern Virginia that consists of hospitals and other health services including home care, nursing homes, mental health services, wellness classes, and freestanding emergency and urgent care centers.
Challenges
The disjointed array of identities within Inova Health System, a not-for-profit hospital and health network based in Washington D.C., was hampering efforts to build brand recognition and public support.
Actions
Introduced a new brand architecture, design system and signage program with a strong Inova parent identity applied to all facilities, components and products.
