Challenges

Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, had grown considerably and was entering non-U.S. markets. As the firm introduced its services to a broader market and more competitive environment, the partners recognized a need to treat Clayton, Dubilier & Rice as more than simply the firm's name but also as a brand

Created a new logo that contemporized the firm's presentation

Designed templates for all stationery items, reports, proposals and presentation screens to enable the firm to achieve format consistency across all of its written communications

Developed identity guidelines to ensure consistent use of the logo
