Musings
"If I were not in this field, I would want to be involved in philosophy. What fascinates me the most about the design process is bringing disciplined thinking to chaos. The two fields share the same desire for structure and clarity, down to establishing the essence of things. Our intellectual inquiry as designers is to imagine what is possible to then determine a desirable change in the what is 'actual.' Specifically, I search answers to the question of what does possible look and feel like? And how does it affect people? Definitely philosophy."
