Suzanne is a senior brand strategy consultant with over 25 years of experience. Her expertise spans global brand management, brand positioning and activation programs and customer experience alignment and brand measurement. She also has specialized expertise in merger, acquisition and spin-off brand strategies. Suzanne is Lippincott’s chief operating officer and a member of the firm’s executive committee. She serves on the Oliver Wyman Group Talent Management and Talent Strategy Committees, and is a member of the marketing committee of Marsh & McLennan Companies, Lippincott’s parent company.

Background
Prior to joining Lippincott, Suzanne was vice president of marketing and research at a consultancy specializing in identity and image programs for consumer product companies. There she consulted to clients such as General Foods and Procter & Gamble. In this role she developed a unique specialization in design research, utilizing physiological and psychological research techniques to ascertain the effects of package design on brand image, experience perceptions, purchase intent and trade dress infringement.

Suzanne has been a speaker on brand-related topics for The Conference Board, The PRSA, IABC, Institutional Investor, CTAM, Columbia Business School, Harvard Business School, Forbes Conference on Management and Policy and Magazine Publishers Association. She has also been a panel participant at the CEO2CEO Conference in conjunction with Chief Executive magazine. Suzanne was inducted to the YWCA New York City Academy of Women Leaders in 2008.
Suzanne sits on the board of directors for Greenwich Audubon. She is also a member of the Syracuse University Marketing Committee.
She holds a B.A. in retail with a journalism minor from Syracuse University and an M.B.A. in marketing from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
