Since 1987, Richard has helped the company establish and build client relationships. He works closely with prospects to understand their individual challenges and opportunities and formulate the most appropriate Lippincott response and project team. Richard has played a lead role in developing Lippincott’s business in global markets including Asia, Middle East, Latin America and North America.

Richard has particular expertise in understanding, evaluating and determining the role of a brand in complex business situations such as mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, deregulation, diversification and globalization. Richard’s experience in brand management covers a range of industries including financial services, transportation, telecommunications/technology, energy, retail, healthcare and manufacturing.

Richard plays a key role in maintaining cohesiveness across Lippincott’s offices and he is also the primary interface with Lippincott’s sister companies (Oliver Wyman, Mercer and Marsh) ensuring that company-wide expertise is effectively applied to each opportunity.

Richard is a member of Lippincott’s executive committee.
