Kathleen is a communications professional with nearly two decades of agency and corporate experience in the development and implementation of strategic media relations programs. As the director of corporate and marketing communications at Lippincott, she promotes the firm’s capabilities in design and brand strategy. She supports client publicity campaigns, performs communications audits and provides strategic counsel for brand launches.

Background
Prior to joining Lippincott, Kathleen was a director in the corporate/financial practice at Burson-Marsteller. There, she managed the public relations program for Accenture’s retail, consumer goods and chemicals operating units in the U.S. and U.K. She led financial media relations for Coach and internal and external crisis communications for Ames Department Stores and Armstrong World Industries during their reorganizations. She spent several years in the U.S. and Europe as a publicist for Alfred A. Knopf, Crown Publishing, Ediciones Beascoa, Hemma Editions, Random House and Victoria House.
