Randall is a senior partner based in Lippincott’s New York office where he heads the firm’s experience innovation group and serves on the Lippincott Management Team. He is an architect and consultant with 30 years of experience in developing unique retail and hospitality brand identity, design and customer experience. His experience in the industry ranges from creation of experiential flagships and new prototype concept designs to comprehensive retail strategies and experience innovations. In addition, Randall has helped pioneer Lippincott’s digital experience flipbook and sensory branding capabilities.
He has worked with BMW, Champs Sports, Foot Locker, Ghirardelli Chocolate, Hyatt Hotels, IHG, Infiniti, The Limited, McDonald’s, Mobily, P.F. Chang’s, Pei Wei, Penske Automotive Group, Red Robin, RadioShack, Samsung, Sony, TACA Airlines, United Airlines and Walt Disney Co.
Previously, Randall was the senior environmental design director at Interbrand in New York. In 2010 and 2012, he was named to DDI Portfolio Awards’ annual list of top “retail design influencers.” He is currently on the editorial board of VMSD magazine and has spoken at Rhode Island School of Design, Harvard University, IRDC, Globalshop and POPAI Brazil. Randall has been quoted in The Wall Street Journal, ABA Journal, Newsweek, Visual Merchandising & Retail Design, Retail Online Integration, 1to1Media, Convenience Store News and STEP.
He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Notre Dame and an M.S. in architecture and building design from Columbia University.
